Bravehearts on the Pitch: A Thrilling Kickoff for the Jasiri Youth Hockey Series!

The Jasiri Youth Hockey Series roared to life in a spectacular display of talent, teamwork, and tenacity. “Jasiri” means Bravehearts, and true to the name, every young player on the pitch gave it their all in an unforgettable first edition of this under-17 boys’ tournament.

Four dynamic teams, Simba, Lenana, Impala, and Obama, battled it out in a fast-paced competition that brought the spirit of youth hockey to center stage. Hosted by the Simba team, the event took place at the iconic Sikh Union grounds.

All three visiting teams hail from grassroots hockey initiatives proudly supported by our foundation. From the first whistle to the final goal, the matches were a showcase of courage, discipline, and unbreakable team spirit. In the end, it was the talented Obama team who lifted the cup, victors of a hard-fought and honourable tournament.

A huge thank you goes to Sikh Union Club for championing the future of hockey and to the unstoppable Coach Olympia, whose dedication and smooth organisation made it all happen.

This was just the beginning. The Bravehearts have spoken, and youth hockey is on the rise!
